How STAG Global protects information used inside STAG Workspace and its connected work-notification services.
Information we handle
STAG Workspace may process member identity and contact details, profile information, workspace permissions, campaign and client assignments, deliverables, office activity, finance records visible to authorised roles, notification history, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate members, provide role-based access, coordinate campaigns and work, show team availability, maintain operational records, send requested work notifications, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the reliability of the workspace.
WhatsApp notifications
When a member is assigned work or receives an important workspace update, STAG Workspace may send a notification through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. The notification can include the member's name, the work title, the related campaign or client, and a workspace link. Meta processes these messages under its own terms and privacy policies.
Access and sharing
Information is available only to authorised STAG members according to their responsibilities. We may use infrastructure, authentication, hosting, and messaging providers to deliver the service. We do not sell member or client information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of STAG, its clients, or its members.
Retention and security
We retain operational information for as long as it is needed for active work, accountability, legal or financial requirements, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including role-based access and protected service credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Members may ask a STAG Workspace Super Admin to review, correct, export, or remove personal information where applicable. Members can also request that non-essential WhatsApp workspace notifications be stopped. Some records may need to be retained for security, contractual, legal, or financial reasons.
